At Langstane, we see ourselves as your partner in business, providing you with that one solution for all your office needs.

As well as specialising in office products, our ever increasing portfolio extends to furniture, print, promotional products, catering and janitorial supplies. What’s more, each department has their own team of specialists readily available to provide a tailored first-class service which can respond to all your requirements rapidly

A family business established in 1947, we are now one of the largest office products companies in the UK.

We have 3 locations, with our head office in Aberdeen and further branches in Dundee and Livingston.

We employ over 100 staff across our locations and have an annual turnover approaching £16 million.

Who We Are

Our people are one big customer focussed team, with a can do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. We aspire to offer the best products and services, leading to strong, long lasting relationships.

Our sales team have regular in-house product training, keeping them update to-date with any new products and services we offer. We also have product specialists who can offer advice on office furniture, print services and promotional products, making sure you get the correct information for your situation.

We have our own fleet of 17 vans delivering throughout Scotland every day. We use our own furniture installation teams where possible, making sure that all communication is kept in house.
