Have you got what it takes to join us as a Quality & Environmental Administrator?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person with excellent interpersonal skills to join team at our Head Office in Aberdeen. Previous experience in a similar environment would be beneficial, although not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate.


The role includes:

  • Continual maintenance and improvement of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, ensuring that all the requirements of the standards are met for the retention of the certificates at all sites
  • Maintaining quality assurance and environmental records relating to approved suppliers
  • Providing quality and environmental information for tenders
  • Maintaining COSHH Files, FPAL and Royal Warrant Status
  • Chair Health and Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility Team Meetings
  • Take and issue the minutes of our monthly SMT meeting, along with providing a monthly statistical report for the meeting

HOURS:  Full Time, 35 hours, Monday – Friday
