At Langstane we are proud of our accreditation to BS EN ISO
9001:2000, which is the most commonly used international standard
that provides a framework for an effective quality management
system. The standard focuses on Management Responsibility;
Resource Management; Product Realisation; Measurement Analysis
& Improvement and Customer Focus.
Langstane has always been committed to providing quality products
and a quality service and having held the previous ISO standard
since May 1995 feel that this demonstrates its commitment
to quality, improved communications, greater consistency &
traceability of products & services for all of our external
and internal customers.

EN ISO 14001:2004
ENVIRONMENTAL
STANDARD
We
are pleased to announce our accreditation to the International
Standard BS EN ISO 14001:2004, which we achieved in November
2006. This has facilitated the establishment of an environmental
management system within our organisation which will prevent
or minimise pollution risks, meet legal requirements and improve
our business performance.
Our company uses policies and procedures to ensure the conservation
of natural resources while minimising any adverse environmental
impact from our operations, including, but not limited to,
waste reduction and recycling.
All our employees are made aware of this policy and their
responsibilities for environmental issues.
By achieving this International Standard we want to demonstrate
to our customers our commitment to conducting our activities
in an environmentally responsible and friendly manner by mitigating
any adverse impact that our organisational activities may
have on the environment.
